Why
The Saudade Studio

The Saudade Studio is your creative partner. Where your dream brand goes from an idea to a concept, and then comes to life.

 

I'm Kate (short for Catarina), a Brand and Website Designer. I was born in Portugal but moved to London to study Business and Marketing.

 

I have worked with small businesses all over the world to bring their ideas to life in the shape of a brand that not only is right for their ideal audience, but also that they fall in love with. 

​​

I called this design studio Saudade [ sow - dha -dhe ] Portuguese noun, because it's a special Portuguese word that does not translate to any other language. It means longing for something so hard that it hurts, in a good way. A feeling that I want people to have towards the brands I design.
